I *think* this is a cute, sunny, updated kitchen. For pictures, it should be completely free of clutter on every surface. (I'm a home stager.) It's a super area. I'm sure you'll sell. Friends of mine sold one in the 6100 block of Crittenden about 2 months ago without a realtor...just posted it on Facebook. They got full ask, and no hitches in the sale.
